New Retail & Food Along the Busy Highway 27 Corridor

In recent years, retail and food have seen massive growth along the Highway 27 corridor. With the addition of the new Kroger Marketplace, TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, and Ross; more growth has followed.

A new free-standing Starbucks is currently being constructed next to Wendy’s on Highway 27 at Clinic Avenue. WiseCracks Chiro has opened in the Health and Wellness Center near the future Starbucks.

Popeye’s started construction earlier this year and is set to open very soon. The location has started the hiring process. It is located at the corner of Brock Street and Highway 27 across from the new Aldi.

Near AT&T, Go Massage will open directly next to the ATL Vapes location. This is the Carrollton Pointe center which includes Johnny’s New York Style Pizza.

Thrifty Lizard and Lenny’s Filling Station exited the Walmart Shopping Center, and those two spaces are now for lease by Tony Dermo, Jr. of Georgia West Realty. The Walmart Supercenter is currently being remodeled with new floors along with a new Pickup section to the right of the store.
