West Georgia Cornhole League to Kick Off Summer Season

As summer approaches, West Georgia Cornhole is preparing for another season of the Carrollton Summer Cornhole League.

A graduate of the University of West Georgia, owner Brandon began building cornhole boards in 2011, with his first set as a gift for a friend’s parents. After leaving the corporate life behind, he took a chance and created West Georgia Cornhole, LLC in early 2013 and launched an Esty shop soon after.

As orders increased, they revamped website and moved into a 4,000 square foot warehouse. Thanks to the success of their cornhole boards, they have since expanded their product line, to include numerous upgrades and new games.

The Carrollton Summer Cornhole League will kick off its summer season starting Tuesday, June 13 at 6pm at The AMP on Bradley Street in downtown Carrollton. The regular season will take place every Tuesday from June 13 until August 1 and will feature a $400 grand prize.

Interested teams can pre-register online by June 12. The cost is $50 per team of two players. Businesses interested in becoming a silver or gold sponsor can sign up online as well. For more information, call West Georgia Cornhole at (770)573-2507.
