Central High School FFA Brings Home 1st Place for Second Year

The Central High School FFA Land Judging Career Development Event kicked off last Thursday with the West Georgia Soil and Water Conservation hosting the third annual county competition between Heard, Haralson, and Carroll County School systems. A huge shout out to the 1st place Senior land judging team for keeping the title for the second year in a row.

Junior Varsity competitors are in the hole with the judge.

The team consists of Nick Montalto, Cooper Reichiert, Victoria Richardson, and Drew Carroll. Nick Montalto was the top individual in the senior division and was awarded $40. Way to go Nick!! The junior competitors, Gilverto Galvan, Macie Wright, Brodie Montalto, Alexis Nalley, and JJ Wheat received 2nd place team award against all of the area schools. Great job FFA!!
