Ben Sewell with Coweta County Planning and Zoning confirmed, “Timber Brook at Thomas Crossroads is now under construction on the southside of Highway 34 at Andrew Bailey Road.” Several readers of The Newnan Menu have sent in questions over the past few weeks regarding the development. Ben goes on to say, “This will be a residential, senior-living development.” Earlier this Spring Coweta County Commissioners approved several changes to the development including a name change and amending a condition to allow for 226 lots.
