DownTown Gowns located at 306A Rome Street celebrated a Ribbon Cutting this week with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Community Leaders! Amy Kent and Lynne Sammon of Carrollton followed their dreams which led to the opening of DownTown Gowns on October 31st. The bridal shop is actually in the former Napa Auto Parts building which was converted into retail space along with a Shared Workspace called The Village at Across.
