Agrimerica Farm and Construction, LLC will open on March 19th in the former John Deere building. Lifetime Carrollton resident and local business man, Sam Duke is opening this business after 5 years of past experience in agriculture and construction. Local entrepreneur John Paulk is also part owner in the venture. Agrimerica Farm and Construction is expected to carry the New Holland Tractor Dealership line along with a rental fleet. Sam says, “Our area desperately needed another rental store. People are really excited about the option.”
New Holland agricultural specializes in an array of products such as tractors, utility vehicles, seeding equipment, balers, and more. The construction end of New Holland focuses on dozers, graders, backhoe loaders, crawler excavators, wheel loaders, and skid steer loaders.
Agrimerica has acquired the land north of the building, so this means plenty of room for their ag construction and rental equipment. Currently a few minor renovations are happening inside the dealership. Metal Pros, which is directly next door to Agrimerica is helping with some of the new metal construction of the building. Sam Duke, President and Co-Owner of Agrimerica tells us, “I am really excited about doing this in our town, Very glad about starting this here, I shop local and try to support our town everyway I can. Doing an opening here really means a lot to me. I have agreed to open up several other locations, Carrollton will be the homes-base of Agrimerica.” Sam Duke is married to Angela Duke, and they are active members at First Baptist Church in Carrollton, Georgia.
The new Holland tractor dealership, construction, and ag equipment business is located at 2904 Highway 27 South in Carrollton, Georgia. This is just south of the Carrollton Walmart Supercenter.
