A famous seafood chain has chosen to set anchor in Rockmart. Captain D’s is coming to 1336 Chattahoochee Drive, at the intersection with Etowah Drive just off of US Highway 278. Plans call for a 2,966 square-foot restaurant to be situated between Auto Zone and Republic Finance. This is the second new fast food establishment to come to this area in a year as a new Chick-fil-A just recently opened less than a quarter-mile down the road.
