I thank each of the Commissioners for supporting and believing in my dream and for their continued support of the Carroll County Recreation Department. This project would not even be possible without the help and guidance of Gerald Pilgrim. This facility will be used for Recreation gymnastics, gymnastics competitions, wrestling meets and cheerleading competitions.”
