A new coffee shop and bakery is under construction in Historic Downtown Anniston. Taste of Eden is planning to open late spring or early summer, owner Karla Eden tells The City Menus. “Right now we are working on the final floor plans for approvals,” says Karla. Both she and her husband Leo Eden grew up in Anniston, have a deep nostalgia for Downtown Anniston, and have always wanted to be a part of it.
