Carrollton, A Chick Will Hatch Later This Summer

A new restaurant is coming to Carrollton this summer! Chicken Salad Chick has officially released details via their Facebook page about the new location opening at 1765 Hwy 27 South next to Moe’s Southwest Grill. The build-out of their new space has begun which was formally Lenny’s Filling Station.

Chicken Salad Chick is billed as the nation’s only southern inspired, fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept. Chicken Salad Chick has over 20 restaurants in the State of Georgia.

The Chicken Salad Chick concept, born in Auburn, Alabama, was established in 2008 in the kitchen of founder, Stacy Brown. When Stacy discovered that the local county health department would not allow her to continue making and selling her delicious recipes out of her home kitchen, she overcame that obstacle by launching her first restaurant with the business expertise of her future husband and fellow founder, Kevin Brown. Together, they opened a small takeout restaurant, which quickly grew; the company now has more than 70 restaurants across the Southeast.

During grand opening week, guests will enjoy southern hospitality through giveaways and specials at the new location in Carrollton, GA. Keep watching The City Menus and Chick Salad Chick’s Facebook Page for additional details.
