The tireless road warriors, Sawyer Brown, will bring their unique brand of high-energy entertainment to the Mill Town Music Hall stage on Thursday, October 18, at 7:30 pm EST. With more than 4,500 shows performed and millions of miles behind them, Sawyer Brown has produced 23 albums. MamaDear will be the opening act. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).
Since the 80s, Sawyer Brown has been providing excitement for fans all over the country. When the group started their career, they performed at least 250 days of the year. Group founder Mark Miller said, “There’s no such thing as a gig we wouldn’t take.” Known for their legendary live shows, the band has been described as “the Rolling Stones of country music.” After signing with Capitol Records in 1984, the band produced its first Top 20 single “Leona.” In addition to their three number #1 singles, “Step That Step,” “Some Girls Do,” and “Thank God for You,” the band has charted over 50 singles on the Hot Country Songs charts. Over the years, their music has received awards from the Country Music Association (CMA), Academy of Country Music (ACM) and Country Music Television.
