New Ventures of LaGrange, Georgia is pleased to announce that Pam Bacon and Scott Jones have joined the leadership staff in the positions of Human Resources Director and Plant Manager. Pam joins NVI with 34 years of experience in human resources and Scott comes to us with 38 years of manufacturing experience.

New Ventures was founded in 1971 to provide pre-vocational work training to community citizens with disabilities. New Ventures now provides expanded Regional Workforce Training and Development services that focus on building employment skills identified by industry as necessary for successful employment.
