Deck Your Halls: Parish Mercantile Offers a Fresh Look to Home Décor This Holiday Season

Holiday season is in full swing for the online home décor store and boutique, Parish Mercantile. Based out of Peachtree City, Parish Mercantile offers a wide variety of home décor services as well as home furniture and clothing options. Owner Missy Hume started the online store in January 2018, and has not looked back. “I didn’t spend much time thinking about the costs or logistics, I just had the idea and knew I could make it happen,” said Missy. “My vision was to have an online store that I could run from home, promoted through social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram. I jumped in feet first, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”

Parish Mercantile offers products that cannot be found anywhere else such as unique wall art, furniture, indoor plants and many other items that might not even be found again at the store. “Our selection of products is wide, but we often only carry a few of each item, and restocks aren’t always possible – so if you see something, its best to snag it while you can!” said Missy.

In addition to the online store, Parish Mercantile launched a holiday pop-up store at Ashley Park in Newnan. It will offer a number of special products that will be great both to decorate your home and use as gifts this holiday season. Even those not local to the area can purchase items from the store at parishmercantile.com and have the items shipped, or they can us the code LOCAL at checkout to pick up the item from the store to avoid shipping costs. The Parish Mercantile pop-up store will be open Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., and Sunday 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. through the end of the year. “After several emails with Ashley Park, the opportunity for the holiday pop-up shop was brought up, and that was very intriguing to me,” said Missy. “I didn’t feel like it was a chance I could pass up and working with the management at Ashley Park has been the best experience. We’re so grateful we took the leap of faith to open the Mercantile’s holiday pop-up in Ashley Park.”

Parish Mercantile has a lot planned this holiday season and invites everyone to visit their store.
