Community oriented Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Peachtree City will close its doors on Monday, December 31st after 5 years at The Avenue in Peachtree City. It wasn’t just about the pizza at Brixx that brought families from all over Fayette and Coweta counties, it was the neighborly feel once inside. Customers were treated as the Brixx family. The first ever Brixx Wood fired pizza opened in a community called Dilworth just southwest of Charlotte, North Carolina’s business district in 1998. Shortly thereafter, Brixx went on to host 30 locations across the southeast with most in the North Carolina region. Peachtree City was the only Georgia location, with the next closest location in Hoover, Alabama.

Brixx Wood Fired Pizza’s shared the following message on their Facebook Page:

“Regretfully, after 5 wonderful years, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza-Peachtree City will be closing its doors on Monday, December 31st. We are very grateful to everyone who has supported us and we hope to see you one last time. Please visit us in our final days for amazing specials.

To everyone who has become part of the Brixx Wood Fired Pizza-Peachtree City family – we could not have done what we did for so long without you – Again, thank you!”

Gratefully yours,

The Brixx-Peachtree City Family
