    Queentine Vallair & Gena-Mae Productions presents the First-Annual Carroll County Black Heritage Festival: RISE

    The event will take place at the City Station Auditorium on Saturday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m. located at 2115 Maple Street in Carrollton.  Be sure to wear your afro-centric attire.

    Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Open seating available! Purchase your tickets now at Joyce Beauty Supply (820 Maple Street) or S. Cole Hair Salon (910 South Park Street).

    Tickets are $10 for ages 12 and up ($15 at the door).

    Tickets are $7 for ages 11 and under (and $10 at the door).

    Only cash payments will be accepted at the door.
