The legacy of Rosie’s continues with a new cafe soon to open in Carrollton, Georgia. Rosie’s Cafe currently operates a location directly next to the Mercedes Benz Stadium off Northside Drive in Atlanta. Its third and newest location in Carrollton adds to its increasing presence.
The city of Carrollton released details to us about the new cafe coming to the former Jones Bar-B-Q and Little Hawaiian building off Bankhead Highway.
Interior construction is currently under way, and their new sign was recently installed. According to the Rosie’s team, the restaurant should open in June, around Father’s Day.
A few of the menu items that Rosie’s Cafe is known for include chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and salmon croquettes. In addition to their signature items, Rosie’s also has some other delicious eats such as Rosie’s A.M. Stack, big bacon BLT sandwich, and shrimp po’ boys. In addition, the cafe received its liquor license.
Their motto is “Wake up and smell the Rosie’s,” and the restaurant’s team is eager to greet their customers with a warm smile. “The food prepared is always created with an abundance of love. A portion of the profits from the restaurant is donated to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America,” says the Rosie’s team.
