Red Letter Merchant Sweeps You to the Past

Tony Caro opened a vintage boutique, Red Letter Merchant, during Taste of Newnan just a few weeks ago. Tony tells us, “I wanted a great way to reduce, reuse, and recycle to stay green, to help reduce our carbon footprint.” The items in Tony’s shop are mainly vintage items from the past, such as Tony’s favorite era, the 90’s. Tony says, “The vintage clothing and recycled clothing industry has saved over one million tons of clothing and textiles from ending up in our landfills each year.” In addition, shoppers will find handmade jewelry, antiques and all things unique. If you have traveled to Little Five Points in Atlanta, Red Letter Merchant gives off a similar vibe once inside the shop. Tony is very happy that he could utilize the space for a new shopping experience in downtown Newnan. Red Letter Merchant is located  at 7 West Washington Street, Newnan, Georgia.
