Several renderings were obtained by The City Menus that illustrate a beautiful transformation of an alleyway off Spring Street with a connection to Perry Street in Newnan. Nathan Brain, partner of 714 Raw Bar tells us, “We are still in the phase of getting everyone on board including business owners and the city to approve utilization of the space.”

The plans include cobblestone brick pedestrian paths, shared open space for businesses, underground power lines, and beautification of the alleyway.

The alleyway project is expected to be complete by early 2020. He goes on, “We just want to make an area for all the businesses to work together to create an awesome environment for the community.”

The renovated alley would ultimately connect Knife and Stone, to The Orphan which is currently under construction, and to the soon-to-open 714 Raw Bar. Mr. Brain anticipates the raw bar to open in the summer of 2019.
