After a few years of Carrollton Crossroads Shopping Center being 100-percent leased, there are now two spots open. According to Dan Gagne with Halpern Realty, “Serendipity is downsizing back to their original space and we will be getting the space they expanded into back. Nothing to report on potential prospects for the space we are getting back at this time.”
As you might recall, Payless Shoes recently exited the center along with the entirety of their stores across America. Halpern Realty tells us this spot is currently under negotiation with a prospective business that could open in Spring 2020.
In other news around the shopping center, The Kroger Marketplace recently updated their chicken branding to “The Chicken Co.”
