A fresh approach to living and eating is coming to the Newnan Festival center in the former space of the Which Wich sandwich shop. Public relations and spokesperson for Salad Express, Woody Eturralde tells us, “The new restaurant in Newnan will feature mixed lettuce beds with many salad toppings to choose from, over a dozen delicious selections of salad dressings, and three types of grilled meats; salmon, chicken, and shrimp.”

The motto of Salad Express, “Where healthy living starts,” speaks for itself. For example, they periodically cut fresh veggies throughout the day and display them to highlight the fresh experience. Customers can also enjoy creating a wrap from the healthy menu.

Woody tells us, “We are excited about the response from the community, especially the surrounding gyms and offices.” The restaurant hopes to open sometime during early August. Renovations are currently underway for Suite 170.

The Newnan Festival center is located at 311 Bullsboro Drive and boasts several tenants, including Einstein Bagel Company, Red Wing Shoes, Original Mattress Factory, and others.  Salad Express has locations in nearby Peachtree City, Alpharetta, Atlanta, and soon to open in Montgomery, Alabama at the East Chase shopping center.
