Something is cooking up at 580 Bullsboro Drive in Newnan. Nashville-style hot chicken will soon be coming out of the oven at Joella’s Hot Chicken. Interior work is underway at the former Pollo Tropical location which closed over a year ago. Many of these former restaurants are becoming either Del Taco’s or Joella’s Hot Chicken across metro Atlanta. Joella’s Hot Chicken originated in Louisville, Kentucky, and grew very fast with locations popping up all over the Indianapolis, Indiana area. Several Georgia and Florida locations will open in the next few months.
