Vinyl craft store, Savvy Crafters will mark off its first year in business on Thursday, September 19. The store, located at 1485 Highway 34 East, Newnan, Georgia, in the White Oak Shopping Center, will celebrate its one year anniversary September 19 from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
At noon a ribbon cutting celebration with the Newnan Coweta Chamber of Commerce will take place. Owner Christy Davis exclaims, “Newnan has been abundantly supportive and energetic about Savvy. We look forward to seeing everyone at our one year celebration. I feel so blessed and thankful to see a community rally around a small business.”
As a part of Savvy Crafters’ one year celebration, the store will be giving away free popcorn and hotdogs. Raffles and giveaways are also expected to take place throughout the day with winners receiving items from local area crafters along with “I’m a Savvy Crafter” tee-shirts.
Christy concludes, “Thank you for valuing the small businesses that give our town such unique characteristics which gives Newnan that hometown feel.”
