The home of the golden arches in north Carrollton is getting a fresh new look. The McDonald’s located at 1116 North Park Street is currently undergoing renovation. According to signs displayed at the restaurant, the drive-thru remains open while the lobby is closed.

The company working on this project is the same one that just completed the renovations at the Maple Street location (read that article here). While there will be many similarities between the two locations’ new looks, the North Park Street store is a little bit smaller so the floor plan will be different.

The renovations will include a redesigned lobby, including a new drink station, three order kiosks, new furniture and televisions. Also included in the renovation will be new bathrooms. The dining room is expected to re-open possibly as soon as this Friday evening.
