The Newnan Carnegie Library is proud to host Eating Habits for Health and Hydration: Nutrition to Nourish the Body & Brain led by Laura Marchese, MS, RDN, LD, on Tuesday, October 8th from 2:30 – 3:30 pm. Laura will guide participants through conflicting nutrition misinformation to assist in making better diet choices to optimize health and personal wellbeing. The presentation will enlighten with evidence-based nutrition information to encourage participants in embracing a more balanced, nourishing and sustainable road map to better health.
Laura is a licensed and registered dietitian who is passionate about promoting no-nonsense nutrition science and simple strategies to help people better nourish themselves and their families. As the owner and lead dietitian of Nourishing Nutrition Consulting and founder ‘A Healthier You in 2’ online video series, Laura enjoys translating the science of food and nutrition into more ‘digestible’ information that can empower people to make better choices.
