A first-time business owner and entrepreneur confirmed this week that his family is bringing Pelican’s SnoBalls to Carrollton. The family is preparing to open the franchise in the free-standing building at 401 Bankhead Highway during the month of October.

For more than twenty years Pelican’s SnoBalls corporation has been serving New Orleans-style shaved ice with customers’ choice of over one-hundred flavors. For now, the nearest location is in Douglasville, Georgia.
