Construction plans were recently uncovered for a Class A professional building at Ashley Park. The new building will be located at the northwest corner of Ashley Park Boulevard and Newnan Crossing Bypass. According to construction documents the building will be multi-level and 25,000 square feet. The space will house a host of office suites ranging from 2,000 to 12,500 square feet.
Construction is set to begin once a land disturbance permit is issued by the city.
