Construction is under way on a new 6,000 square-foot building just off Marketplace Drive near Tractor Supply in Thomas Crossroads. Soon, My Rent Source will own and occupy the new building.
Property manager and broker, Steven Kubon tells us, “We’ve always wanted to own our own building, and after 12 months of planning we are finally breaking ground.”
My Rent Source currently operates their rental property management business from an office located off Lower Fayetteville Road in the Greison Storage Mart area. The new building on Marketplace Drive will have three tenant spaces. My Rent Source will occupy 51-percent of the space and lease out the other two remaining units. Construction started last week and should be completed by the end of January 2020.
