A film shoot in Downtown Newnan next week will require a stretch of Georgia 16/LaGrange Street extending from South Court Square to Spring Street to be closed to traffic, including all lanes and parking spaces. The closure will be in effect from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1 and Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019.
Signage will be placed in all directions in advance of the closure and motorists should be alert to the detours in place. A local area detour will maneuver passenger vehicles immediately around the closure, but drivers of large trucks passing through the area will be directed to utilize the Newnan Bypass.
When: Tuesday and Wednesday nights, Oct. 1 and 2, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
