Built on a foundation of strength with guest-centered practical designs in mind, Extended Stay America recently broke ground on a 124-room hospitality development. According to Senior Director of Development Dave Bennett, the new development broke ground in August and is expected to open in the fall of 2020.
Site work and clearing has begun for the four story Extended Stay America hotel located on Hollz Parkway, just near the Park and Ride off Bullsboro in Newnan. Dave tells us, “The new Extended Stay America development for Newnan is a corporately owned project, but the physical building will be very similar to the imagery above.” During the fall of 2018 a variance for the project was approved by Coweta County Planning and Zoning, click here to read more about it.
Extended Stay America operates over 600 hotels across the U.S. with over 69,000 rooms. The hotel company recently refreshed all of their properties with major renovations. They offer a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, free grab-and-go-breakfast, pools, pet-friendly accommodations, hot tubs, and fitness centers.
