Newnan’s Poplar Road Welcomes The King of Burgers

Newnan will soon have a new restaurant where customers can have it their way. Last week we uncovered plans for a Burger King along Poplar Road. The restaurant will be adjacent to the ongoing construction of RaceTrac, which is scheduled to open in 2020.

Construction is slated to start soon, and documents illustrate that the restaurant will include a playground. In February 2018, we first announced that Burger King was considering this location, but at the time the construction plans were not published.

Burger King has recently opened a restaurant in the Valero gas station in Hogansville, Georgia.
