A few months ago, a sweet shop opened next to Grazing Here in Peachtree City at 2848 GA-54. With a focus on European and Asian style desserts, Claudia’s Confections also features fresh roasted coffee which is globally sourced. Their bubble teas are made by tea leaves from the Asian high mountains and freshly made boba is available every day.
Owner, Claudia Liu happily talked with us about her journey, “When I was a child, I always dreamed to have a small store. Last year I went to learn professional pastry cuisine lessons overseas and decided to open a store to bring all kinds of great tasting pastries and drinks to Peachtree City.”
Many of the treats found in the shop include, homemade Japanese sponge cheesecake, hummingbird cake, carrot cake, red velvet cake, chocolate mousse, and pumpkin spice bread.
Claudia concluded, “I use all natural ingredients for our food with no food additives at all. I’m happy to bring more tasty and healthy food to this community. Please come and try our foods. They are all made with love.”
