The intersection at SR 113 to SR 8 (US-Highway 78)—near Temple Police Department–is receiving new traffic signals following a reworking of the intersection’s flow.
As of last week, left-turning lanes were added to both north-bound and south-bound lanes of SR 113.
GDOT’s installation of new traffic signals will further aid drivers attempting to make a left-turn onto SR 8/US 78 from either direction of SR 113.
Through a Facebook announcement today Temple Police Department encouraged drivers to use caution in this area.
