Rock Salt Milk Bar at 8 East Washington Street in downtown Newnan is celebrating their one year anniversary. It is owned by Cynthia Hendricks and supported by a team of six Newnan High School students, one East Coweta High School student, and two college students currently enrolled at Georgia State and the University of West Georgia.

One of the team members shared her words of thankfulness, “We are all so grateful for this job position. The owner has been for us all, so in turn we enjoy serving the community homemade ice cream!”

To add to the one year anniversary, Rock Salt Milk Bar recently won Best of Coweta. Cynthia says, “We are absolutely humbled to receive this incredible achievement. Thank you to everyone who voted for us!”
