Those looking to enjoy Carrollton’s delicious downtown eateries and retail merchants will soon have just a short walk from their backyard. A residential development is underway at the corner of Rome Street and West Reese Street, just a few blocks from Adamson Square and 0.3 of a mile from the GreenBelt.
Town Walk will feature 12 stand-alone homes, each with three bedrooms and two and a half baths and approximately 1,800 to 1,900 square-feet. The living room, kitchen, and dining area will be in an open concept design. All homes will include hardwood floors, solid surface countertops in kitchen and baths, a fireplace, front porch, and zero-maintenance landscaping.
According to one of the developers of the project, Richard Diment, “We will start with four homes and then work our way to 12 total homes for the development. The homes’ price point will be around $315,000.”
At this time, those four home homes are underway. Three of the homes face Rome Street and one faces West Reese Street.
