Haralson County’s Fried Pie Festival Cancelled

Today, the Haralson County Fried Pie Festival’s Facebook page released a notice stating that this year’s festival has been cancelled. The event, which was planned to take place in September, would have been the fifth festival. Another event is in the works for May 2021.

The Facebook post reads:

“It is with much regret and sadness that we must cancel the 2020 Fried Pie Festival. This is for the safety of our guests, vendors and entertainers. The Haralson County Historical Society thanks you for your interest in our events and hopes to see you at our Spring Festival in May 2021. Vendors: We will be working on refunds this week.”
