Healthy Vibe Nutrition in Newnan at White Oak shopping center celebrated its first official day in business on August 5. A grand opening celebration will take place on September 5 with free samples starting at 10:00 a.m. Goodie bags are being distributed to the first 50 people that celebrate Healthy Vibe’s big day!
Their lease was signed in January for the space, but COVID-19 greatly impacted the scheduled opening.
Erika explains, “We spent a lot of time just making sure the space was incredible, with our buildout. Then we pressed pause for a brief time and waited until businesses began reopening. Shortly after, inspections were underway and we’ve now opened our doors for business.”
Erika tells us that her passion for the business came from recently losing more than 100 pounds. She says, “My 11-year old daughter Lyrik inspired me.”
Lyrik adds, “I came home one day with a photo I had redrawn on paper, and my mom took up the entire half of the paper.” She did not want her mother to be embarrassed, and that is when her mom’s life completely changed. Erika found something to do to lose weight, and it eventually led to her opening her own shop.
The shop features Herbalife products such as shakes, teas, and more. Shakes start at $6.50 and tea starts at $2.50.
In closing, Erika shares, “I want to be a big part of the community by offering healthy options for busy lives in a friendly environment. Whether it is to hang out with friends or get some work done, we want to be your happy place. This is not just a business it is my whole family’s passion. We get to impact lives and love on people everyday, so come vibe with us!”
