Total Body Bootcamp Celebrates a Decade Serving Carrollton

Christina Hightower, founder and operator of Total Body Bootcamp in Carrollton, proudly announces their 10-year birthday/anniversary of serving the public in the areas of fitness and nutrition. They are a locally owned and operated franchise of Boot Camp Challenge. Last week they celebrated with colorful hats and nutrition bars for all!

The “cadets” meet each Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 a.m. for six weeks of fitness routines, education, camaraderie, and support tailored to each participant’s current level of fitness, from beginner to advanced.  Each class is limited to about 20 participants, each of whom receives a pre- and post-bootcamp physical assessment to allow Christina to work individually with them to obtain the optimal outcome for each.

Christina would like to thank her instructors, Lee Heath and Suzanne Mock, for their dedication and devotion to their bootcamp family.

The next Bootcamp begins October 26. If interested, sign up early to reserve your place.
