Owner Cindy Gao and her staff are focused on continuing serving the public and providing the authentic Chinese food experience Carrollton locals have been accustomed to for over two decades. After a recent change of ownership in 2017, Cindy has kept up the standards of quality and service that the restaurants patrons have come to expect when they visit. “I took this restaurant over because of the community,” Cindy explained.
No business is ever prepared for situations like those faced due to the pandemic, but Evergreen has adapted to keep generating business and giving their customers as many options as possible to enjoy their food. “We have partnered with UBEREATS for delivery, and our buffet and takeout services are open,” said Cindy. “We have seen a drop in business [due to the pandemic] but our buffet is still open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.”
