Ashley Park’s Eat in the Street Returns

(Last Updated On: November 4, 2020)

On Friday, November 13 from 5:30-8PM, Ashley Park will host another Eat in the Street outdoor dining event, allowing patrons to socially distance and support restaurants during COVID-19. Because of the community’s level of support at the center’s first Eat in the Street event, which took place mid-October, Ashley
Park is excited to announce the event’s return.

The center will close a portion of its main street to pedestrian traffic only and place tables in the street for guests to enjoy dinner outside. Restaurants will be able to expand their dining areas so customers can order ahead or grab-and-go. Guests will enjoy live music entertainment by two-time American Idol contestant, Isaac Streetman, and a fall themed photo op. Fuel Mobile Coffee Bar will also be making an appearance. “Our last Eat in the Street event was so well received by the community that we’ve decided to host again,” said David Macdonald, general manager for Ashley Park.

Ashley Park’s unique mix of restaurants has something to offer for everyone! Ashley Park restaurants and specialty food options include: Firehouse Subs, Tin Drum Asian Kitchen, Five Guys, Honey Baked Ham, Newk’s Eatery, Mama Lucia’s, Coldstone Creamery, Great American Cookies, Rocket Fizz, La Parrilla, Chicken Salad Chick, Branch & Vine, Barberitos, Poke City, Positano, Popped! Gourmet Popcorn, Creamistry, and Pita. No tickets or registration is required. For more information and to review precautionary measures, visit ashleyparknewnan.com/events.

While tables will be placed with enough room to socially distance and sanitation areas will be stationed throughout the event area, Ashley Park asks guests to evaluate their health and well-being before attending. If a guest or attendee is feeling sick, Ashley Park kindly requests these guests remain at home for the safety of others.
