Randolph Williamson, the Peachtree City, Georgia-based commercial construction and real estate firm, recently broke ground on a new construction project in neighboring Fayetteville.
Living Faith Fellowship is growing its current home at 1481 Redwine Road. The new, 5,000 square foot addition will provide classrooms and storage space. Plans include six (6) classrooms, a resource room, multipurpose room, restrooms and office, all atop an unfinished, approximately 4,790 square foot basement.
“We appreciate the opportunity to serve Living Faith this way,” says Mark Williamson, President of Construction for Randolph Williamson. “It’s an honor to be entrusted with the expansion their house of worship. We celebrate their church growth.”
Randolph Williamson’s construction portfolio of churches is extensive. From expansion to renovations to scratch-built projects, the company has done it all. Its most recent church project involved the large-scale conversion of a former Lowe’s retail store into a new place of worship for Light of Joy church in Riverdale.
“We are in such encouraging times as the followers of Christ, here at Living Faith,” explains Pastor Chris Perkins. “The ground breaking for the space is dedicated to the Lord God and will be utilized for encouraging children as they grow in following Jesus. We are filled with joy as we look to the future.”
The team at Randolph Williamson shares in their happiness. Construction is estimated to be completed by April 2021.
