Finishing Touches on New Shopping Center in Sharpsburg

Kial Hocker – The City Menus

A new shopping center is coming to Sharpsburg! The yet to be named center will have retail and restaurant space for up to 6 business tenants. Each unit will have between 1,164 and 1,168 square feet of space. The buildings will have beautiful glass storefronts and signage above. The modern look of the building will certainly catch some eyes as shoppers drive by.

Located at 3452 Highway 34 East, the facility will be offering lease terms for three to five year periods.  With ample parking spaces planned, it will serve as a great way to bring some fresh new business in Coweta County. Keep watching The City Menus for more details on who is planning to open here.
