Several Buildings Demolished in Carrollton

Farewell to the old 4AM Coffee Roasters building, Handee Market, and Church’s Chicken. The City of Carrollton purchased the property along North Park Street/US 27 between Alabama Street and Johnson Avenue and is currently demolishing the buildings. It is not known at this time what will be built here.

In other news, while not finalized yet, we did report last month that a mixed-use development has been proposed for property adjacent to this, at the corner of Johnson Avenue and North Cliff Street. Click for that story.

4AM Coffee Roasters has moved to the Maple Street Mansion.
