Newnan-Coweta and Howard Warner Boys and Girls Club to Host a Party Benefiting Hollywood Royalty at the 14th Annual Oscar Night Live

Newnan-Coweta and Howard Warner Boys and Girls Clubs welcome our A-list supporters to our VIP event, the 14th annual Oscar Night Live.

This year’s event will be virtual, with a livestream on Saturday, March 13 at 7:00pm (EST) from our very own Howard Warner Boys and Girls Club.  Our dedicated program will offer a glimpse into the young lives we continue to impact, with insight into a day in the life of a BGCMA Club Member.

According to Scott Berta, Board Chair of the Newnan-Coweta and Howard Warner Boys and Girls Club, “You will bid, like before. We will support our kids and win the war.”  Scott went on to ask, “Please join us in a truly epic and virtual live event that will surely have you on the edge of your recliner. But still in heels.”

In addition to the livestream, you can fill your Oscar swag bag from our opulent silent auction with items such as a Big Green Egg grill, original paintings by Steve Penley, David Boyd, Jr. and Millie Gosch, or a football signed by Kirby Smart.

A luxurious dinner to-go will be served, which starts with a bright and fresh spring mix salad, followed by a sumptuous main course of beef Wellington with a flaky, buttery crust.  Side dishes include a colorful root vegetable medley and tender broccolini.  A silky crème brûlée will provide a rich finish to the feast.  A meaty portobello mushroom Wellington will be offered as an alternative main course.

The wine included with dinner has been shipped directly to Newnan from Chateau de Pommard in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy France.  The white Bourgogne is a dry, fresh Chardonnay, revealing delicate notes of butter and toast on the palate.  The red Bourgogne is fruity with medium acidity and low tannins, a pure expression of Pinot Noir.

Sponsorship opportunities start with The Oscar, which includes meals and wine for 6 couples, your company logo in our multimedia marketing communications and verbal recognition during the live steam.  Several other sponsorship levels are offered, all of which include your company logo in our multimedia marketing communications along with meals and wine.
