Southern States Bank Breaks Ground in Newnan

Southern States Bank, in partnership with Tomco Construction, held a small groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, March 15, 2021 celebrating the start of construction on its new bank building.  Coming soon, the new building will be located on the corner of Oak Hill Boulevard and GA-34.

Southern States Bank is currently located in the White Oak Center on GA-34 but has quickly outgrown the space and wants to provide an upscale banking facility to its customers.  “We are very excited about our new building and anticipate being in and operating in early 2022.  We feel our customers need a banking facility that provides all the modern amenities and atmosphere of a welcoming banking experience,” said Brett Johnston, President of Coweta and Fayette Counties.
