The appetizing menu includes just to name a few; chicken, shrimp, NY strip, filet mignon, scallops, lobster, calamari, salmon, tuna steak, red snapper, yellowtail, eel, and smoked salmon. A full sushi menu will also be available.

With 17 years of Kobe’s serving Carrollton, the new owner is eager to carry on the legacy of Kobe Japanese Restaurant to new heights in the coming years. “As a new operator in an unfamiliar city, the people of Carrollton have been welcoming and very warm to us, and I have made it my personal mission to upgrade all standards of Kobe’s for years to come.” said Kim.

Kim is grateful for the relationship he has built with the community and is looking forward to serving the city of Carrollton and surrounding area for many years. “I want to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their continued patronage and support,” said Kim. “Even during uncertain times and the Covid pandemic shutdown where we were only able to do curbside takeout, our patrons gave me the hope I needed to get through it all. Thank you, Carrollton!”
