Louisiana Chicken and More Are Closer to Popping Up in Villa Rica

Final preparations are underway on the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Villa Rica. We first reported about the construction of the restaurant at the corner of NE Hickory Level Road and Georgia Highway 61 back in February 2020. However, construction has been delayed from time to time due to the coronavirus pandemic and effects on supply chains as well as the fact that the developer is building Popeye’s in several other cities around the area. A recent check in on the project by The City Menus revealed that landscaping is going down and interior finishes are being applied, but there’s not been an opening date shared yet. Stay tuned to The City Menus for more information.

In addition, Popeyes is already slated to get a neighboring restaurant serving up breakfast and more. If you missed that story, click here to read it now.
