Chocolates, sweets, and other treats are what you will find in the beloved Newnan toffee shop Let Them Eat Toffee. This delightfully quaint shop was founded in 2009 by two incredibly talented, charming owners, Kerry and Phyllis Graham, with a collaboration by French pastry chef and longtime friend Pierre Vivire. Let Them Eat Toffee has been a great success in the Newnan area, offering people toffee treats and more.
Let Them Eat Toffee has recently expanded. “This has been a long-term dream and vision to increase the potential for more product and production space. After 12 years in a 560-square- foot area, this was the perfect opportunity when the salon owner next to us retired and the space became available.” Phyllis continues, “Expanding the location will be a treat for all your senses with a facade of a French chocolate shop. There will be more browsing your favorite sweets from toffees to Georgia Crackers to our partner companies featuring fudge and Mexican- styled chocolate.”
With a bigger space and more treats, it’s definitely going to be a sweet summer. Phyllis shares, “We love Newnan with its charm and unique history. Going forward, downtown must meet the needs of a growing, younger, and diverse community and allow the experience of artisanal and craft-invested businesses to share in the humanity and unity of these changing times. I think especially after the tornado disaster, folks have looked at life from a new perspective.” To learn more about Let Them Eat Toffee Shop please visit https://letthemeattoffee.com, drop by the shop at 18A N Court Square, Newnan, Georgia 30263, or phone them at (770) 683-0137.
