From Garage to Storefront: Loyalty Patch Opens on East Broad

(Last Updated On: June 18, 2021)

Downtown Newnan has gained a business that everyone can benefit from. Newnan residents Brian and Mary Weaver started Loyalty Patch in 2019. They operated the business out of their garage until the tornado that came through Newnan back in March destroyed their office space and warehouse. “We had to move quickly, so we ended up at the 7 East Broad Street location in historic downtown Newnan, and we haven’t looked back,” said the owners. “A retail storefront was not in our original plans, but we are so fortunate we ended up where we are and have had so much support from our friends and other local businesses in welcoming us to the downtown market. We’d like to thank everyone who has visited us at our new location and welcome those of you who haven’t to come see us Wednesday through Saturday from 10 to 5.”

The company’s primary product is a 3” x 2” removable patch that allows you to show loyalty to schools, towns, destinations and organizations. The owners elaborate, “All of our patches are compatible with our private label line of hats, we also have keychain wallets, bag tags, backpacks, and dog collars, with many more products in planning.”

Although new to downtown, Loyalty Patch is no stranger to Newnan. They have worked with some of the town’s favorite businesses. The Weavers continue, “We have produced patches for many local Newnan businesses, including Abide Brewing Company, Atlanta Range & Ordinance, Browns Mill Battlefield, Dunc’s BBQ Kitchen, The Mad Mexican, Redneck Gourmet, Sprayberry’s BBQ, Crossfit Higher Ground, Bridging the Gap, the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office, and the Coweta County Visitor’s Center. We also have licensed patches for Brooks Elementary, Madras Middle School, Newnan High School, East Coweta High School, and Northgate. We’d love to add to our family of schools, and all we need to do is to have a faculty member from a local school champion the Loyalty Patch concept to their board or PTSO.” Visit Loyalty Patch on your next downtown stroll or shop through their website www.loyaltypatch.com.
