The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting at Wanderinrose Treasures and Antiques. The new business located at 208 Center Street in Carrollton opened to the public on Thursday, July 22nd at 1:00 p.m. At one time Smith Studio Photography was located at this building near downtown Carrollton. Wanderinrose is located across from Dairy Queen and easily accessible from South Park Street.Â
