Coffee and Desserts! Hmmm, sounds appealing? Pregnancy Resource Center of Carroll, Haralson and Heard county is hosting their Annual Dessert and Coffee Fundraiser on September 23rd, 2021 at 7:00 PM. This year’s event will be held at Roopville Road Baptist Church. The Dessert and Coffee Fundraiser is their largest annual event. This event provides monetary funds to continue free, confidential and compassionate medical services such as pregnancy testing, education through parenting classes, and limited ultrasounds to those in the surrounding communities facing unintended pregnancies.
The Pregnancy Resource Center’s goal for this year’s fundraiser is to raise enough funds to reach 2,068 women within the community at no charge. By having their event at Roopville Road Baptist Church, they were able to expand their audience number, allowing even more people to attend their event. “We’re so excited for this year’s fundraiser and to have it back in person. It is going to be an amazing program. Join us for a night you will not forget” says Karmen Stamps, PRC Executive Director. “There is no greater joy than the feeling you experience when you catch a glimpse of the lives you have helped to save. We look forward to you being a part of the mission of the PRC!” says Kellie Roberts, PRC Director of Development.
